CLAYS N WINGS SPORTING CLAYS, SKEET, TRAP & WINGSHOOTING INSTRUCTION

N.S.C.A. Certified Level II & NRA Shotgun Instructor
Paragon School of Sporting Professional Associate

Shooting a shotgun and shooting it consistently well takes time, patience, and dedication. When the skill is learned and developed it becomes a form of art. The intense focus both visual and mental, the strategy of the shotgun sports, the sublet movements required during the mounting of the shotgun to the delivery of the shot, and a successfully broken target or downed bird to many may seem somewhat instinctive after all it all starts with good hand and eye coordination, but to shoot at the highest and most consistent levels knowing the fundamentals and all that goes with the art of shotgun shooting learning from an experienced instructor who is both certified and experienced in all aspects will accelerate your learning, save you money in the long run and put more X’s on the scorecard and birds in the bag.

When you take a lesson with Clays N’ Wings Shotgunning, whether you’re a beginner or competing at a high level and want to polish your game you will learn the fundamental tools, lead methods, target line recognition, and reading.  You will also learn the advantage of proper use of your eyes; from the visual pick-up point through to the break point. All aspects of the mental game as well as proper nutrition and hydration before and during a big competition will be covered. Equipment recommendations for the shotgun sports shooter as well as for the wing shooters and waterfowl hunters are part of each lesson.

As the owner and lead Instructor of Clays N’ Wings Shotgunning, I am always available via phone, text, email, and social media platforms for any questions or concerns you as a client may have. I am more than happy to have a conversation with you and help you work through shooting issues or questions about equipment and ammunition.
